Canadians Face Winter Vote

Brave New World?
It has just been affirmed that there will be a winter election in the new year on January 23 so mark your calenders. The current Prime Minister should be scared but he knows that most Canadians will stick with the devil they know then face the dawn of a new, sucessful age. My prediction personally will be a few Liberal seats lost to the NDP in Toronto and in Quebec but regardless will have a Liberal minority. I honestly hope my prediction is wrong but those of the breaks of being a Tory, facing reality instead of liberal fantasies and dreams of trying to help Canadians while forming organized crime while doing it. It is sad to say but it is true. You are probably waiting for the good part to come, well here it is. The Conservatives have raised awareness about the sponsorship scandal and has shown Canadians with the non-confidence motion that the Liberals do not have the trust of the rest of the house as well as the rest of Canadians to continue to rule. Will the Liberals lose their government? Not likely, but I hope so. And why not? Because Canadians are starting to care less and less about politics and who runs their country. We are entering a brave new world where no one has any opinion about any facts about how their country is run and are told by the media what to think and say. I always tell people, "your government is as good as the people you vote in". With Canadian voter turnouts as low as they are since Confederation, are you really suprised with the government we have today?

Do not let the media or the Liberals boss you around any longer!

On January 23, Vote!

Quebec agrees to Kyoto deal with Feds

Accountability up in Smoke?
The Liberals are already have a terrible reputation for not being accountable for their actions. This time they have gone too far in playing with the people's trust. A summit is taking place in Montreal to talk about the dangers of greenhouse gas emissions and telling us how bad a country Canada is and how we should stop our working economy all together just to please a few liberals. If people knew the real facts about Canada's greenhouse emissions, then the tables would be turned dramatically around. I am still dumbfounded on how the spin doctors can sleep at night. It is time for the right to step in and catch them in the act using the truth police. Take a look at this graph. It took me a long time to find a graph with both criteria on it. This is from the International Energy Agency. The one that the media controlling liberals use is the one on the left. It states that per capita, Canada is the second highest in carbon dioxide emissions. We had been a bad, bad country right? Not quite. This is comparing a population of Canada's 32,805,041 to America's 295,734,134. Of course the numbers will look skewed per capita. Now it's time for the truth police. Look at the graph on the right, it says that Canada only produces 470.8 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions. Again, the spin doctors may make this seem like lots but you can do the math. Our carbon dioxide emissions only contribute to 2.1% of the world's total! Should Canada have to cut down on emissions, lose their jobs and suffer just because a country of 32,805,041 contributes 2.1% of the total carbon dioxide emissions? The Liberals have gone too far and have lost all accountability using spin doctors to play on the fears of the public. Any trust for them in my opinion has just gone up in smoke.

PM with Native Leaders at Aboriginal Summit

Money Can't Buy Happiness, But it Sure Looks Nice!
Election fever must really be hot when Paul Martin calls an aboriginal summit. He is trying to spread his clasp from the urban centres to the rural communities. In this cash grap, Paul plans to give "10-year, $4-billion action plan will improve the lot of Canada's impoverished natives" according to the article. This is money going to a group that is already tax exempt on land as income as long as they are living on the reserve. The only thing that the Liberals are doing is throwing money at a problem that isn't getting solved. Wouldn't you buy merchandise that was tax exempt on a reserve? With the shrinking world, they could sell their goods via the internet and make a competitive profit without having to submit tax. They should logically be the profitable business people in the world. Why haven't the Liberals introduced them to a business philosophy or at least a marketing plan? This is one of the ways that the Liberals have devastated the First Nation community. They have made them dependant as a leeches and have sucked the money and funds out of our current govenment. Just because something costs huge figures that cannot be fathomed doesn't mean that the problem will be solved bacuse of it. Breaking away from the leech method is like a cocaine addict breaking their devastating habit. It takes grand amounts of time but can be done. This habit and government handouts to aboriginals are quite the same. Starting cocain in the first place costs an immense amount of money and is a quick fix to life's problems. But in the end, after all the money spent, you are worse off then when you started.

Stelco Reaches Agreement on Restructuring Plan

Over at Last?
I have been following this story for quite some time now. If you do not know the saga of this story, it consists of anothern tale of Canadian companies crying foul and looking to Mother Canada to give nourishment. Be it Bombardier, Air Canada or Stelco, the government has to have their way and sticking their hand into things that are not their business. They either give out finds to ailing Canadian firms or shelter these baby companies from bankruptcy. Michael Porter, one of the great business gods of our time, gives us the solution. It it competition that is needed to create growth in business and not the mothering of a worried country. Competition is needed to keep business in check and competitive. Why hasn't Canada figured this out yet? The current government is too busy giving out money to not care about business. Will the Liberals find their way out of the Canadian bubble and get back in business? Probably not. If you ask me, this won't be the last of these government handouts. Is Stelco really out of the woods not? Is it really over at last? You decide.

Martin promises summit on Toronto gun violence

Whose Fault Is It, Not Mine!
Here we go again! The Liberals face another election. Time to collect all the votes we can. I wonder how their spin doctors sleep at night. "We get our votes from the immigrants so lets turn this into a race issue, have a conference and invite a specific group and let them think that its all their fault and that black people are bad", something along those lines. The Liberals have done several steps to make this happen. First they have accepted a meeting from the Jamacian-Canadian Association and told them "you have a community in immense distress (this is in reference to the Jamacian-Canadian society) that has lost far too many of their young people that is reaching out," quoting Liberal MP Judy Sgro. Then they have attempted to ban rapper 50 cent, a black preformer, from preforming in Canada, claiming that he is a negative image for urban centres. I feel bad for two groups in this situation, the victims in these situations (white people are suffering too) and the black community for being stereotyped and played as election pawns for the Liberals. You did not commit the crime because you are black, no one is against you, no one made you do it, no, it's not society's fault you did it or the black community's fault. You committed the crime because it was your choice. This is everyone's problem and it is time to be tough on ALL criminals and not have conferences with specific minorities. Its not the black community's fault for commiting crimes, it's the individual who is responsible for commiting them in the first place. If guilty of a crime, no matter what the race, the individual should face his punishment and not play the race card like so many others. I though we were all suppose to be the same no matter the race but I guess the Liberals think differently.
