Time for the Right
Hello to one and all! It is time for the right, the Canadian conservative blog for those who want to know the real truth about the news. Tired of the liberal media streaming you only what you want to hear? Tired of higher taxes, senseless laws and bureaucratic bullsh*t? This this is the blog for you!

I have now made a blog on quite some time and am considering closing the blog. I will still maintain the site Tories in Toronto but this blog remains in risk of going! Just thought to let you know that the end is very near for this blog!

Miller wants Quick Vote on New Taxes
Slow and Steady Wins the Race?
Once again, the socialist rampage of David Miller continues with a "quick vote" coming up on two new taxes. When someone wants something done quickly, especially in politics, this means something done with little debate and with as little people knowing about it as possible. Do not be fooled by his tactics of a "fair tax plan". Any tax implemented by socialist or liberal regimes throughout history is just a way of exerting power via government on the common man. The government in power decides whom shall feel the wrath of its power via extra taxation (private property owners) and who will not be punished by the government and be praised due to elitist status or servitude to the government's cockamamie ideals without thought or choice (environmental incentives). Taxation is just an exertion of power of the state against freedoms and must be exposed. Slow and steady wins the race David Miller! Let the people know what you plan to do instead of rushing it and give the chance for the commons to become outraged!

Federal Government loses Court Battle over CWB
Liberals Amuck!
This story further proves that liberals still dominate the judicial system! A book of the month has been dedicated to this topic about a year ago so there is no more need for emphasis. This shows that there are still liberals running amuck in Canadian politics trying to put an end to freedom and liberty in this nation!

Collective bargaining protected by charter: SCC
Sign of the Times!
This new law shows how collectivism has still managed its way into Canadian law. Collectivism takes its root from liberalism which is still existent in the Canadian judicial system. This will give more power to unions and in turn hamper the free market of employment in Canada. The liberalism in the Canadian judicial system is here and should be stopped. Is this a sign of the times that this kind of system is here to stay. If you paid attention to this blog, you would know that this issue has already been touched on with the Book of the Month. Only time will tell if this will go away or will be here to stay!

Canada's Flaherty to Push U.S. for Free Trade in Securities
New hope for liberals?
After passing a liberal budget, the federal Conservative party seems to be trying to get back in the swing of things with this new move for free trade in securities. I have went over how restrictions cripple economies and how it can hurt in the short and long term. This is a great move and hope that it will be followed by many others. There might be new hope for the liberal Conservative party and hope that it will be followed by many others!

TSX Close to Set Record
Signs of Good Times!
Keeping a check on past reports on "Time for the Right", the TSX has had close to record highs. This is to follow up on how high interest rates stunt growth in Canadian markets and are not needed. The current report shows that this holds true and that even fewer or no interest rate would help the Canadian economy significantly. I guess these are possible signs of good times to come in Canadian commerce if these trends continue.
